Carenet Medical Group has had the honor of caring for patients in this communityfor over 43 years. We are dedicated to continuing to provide the highest quality care for our obstetrical and gynecologic patients and will partner with our hospital to ensure stability into the future.

What this means to our patients:

Continuity of Care - Your care will continue without interruption. Dr. Cheon Schingo, Dr. Moon, Dr. Campito and Dr. Tsao and Erin Adams, PA will continue to provide your care. We are also very excited to announce that Dr. Kim Thill will be joining us!

Medical Records - Your medical records will remain available to the new entity and maintained with applicable privacy and legal requirements

Appointments: Many existing appointments will be maintained but will be located in our new offices but some appointments will need to be rescheduled.

NEW OFFICE LOCATIONS: The Niskayuna office will relocate to the Bellevue Campus of Ellis hospital at 2210 Troy-Schenectady Road Niskayuna, NY 12309

The Clifton Park office is now at the MEDICAL CENTER OF CLIFTON PARK at 103 Sitterly Road Suite2400, Clifton Park, NY 12065.
